MY ACCOUNT
How do I create an account with MAKSU?
To create a new account, click on the ‘My Account’ link located in the top-right corner of any page and fill out the registration form. Once you have registered, you will be ready to enjoy the exclusive MAKSU shopping experience.
Can I place an order without registering?
Yes, you can. Simply provide your personal, delivery and payment details at checkout to complete your purchase without creating an account.
How do I update my account information?
To update your account information, log in by clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab. Once logged in, you can edit and update your details from there.
How can I recover my password if I have forgotten it?
If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘My Account’ tab. Under the log in section, you will find the option ‘Forgot your password?’. Click on this and follow the steps to recover your password by entering your email address.
If you do not receive a password recovery email, please check your spam or junk mail folder, try the process again or contact us at uk.customercare@shopmaksu.com for assistance.

Which delivery companies does MAKSU work with?
All items purchased on uk.shopmaksu.com are delivered via Royal Mail.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is FREE for orders valued at £80 or more.
For orders below £80 of value, a delivery fee of £5.99 applies.
How long does delivery take?
UK standard delivery is within 2 - 4 working days. During sales or holiday periods, delivery may take longer due to the high volume of orders. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
How do I track my order?
Please visit Royal Mail at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your Tracking Reference Number. This number can be found on the dispatch confirmation email you receive from MAKSU.
Where is my order?
To contact us about a missing order, please email us at uk.customercare@shopmaksu.com quoting your Order Number. This will enable us to respond to your email promptly. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email, and begins with the prefix UK.
What should I do if I have a problem with my order?
Please contact our Customer Service Representatives at uk.customercare@shopmaksu.com or phone us on +44 (0)20 7555 3712. Please provide us with your Order Number so that we can promptly address your concerns. This number can be found on the order confirmation email sent by MAKSU.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How long do I have to make a return or exchange?
You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your online purchase to return or exchange your product(s).
What are your return and exchange charges?
MAKSU currently offers returns and exchanges FREE of charge.
What is the returns process?
To start the return process, please send an email to uk.customercare@shopmaksu.com with the subject “Return” and include your order number in the subject. This number can be found in your order confirmation email and begins with the prefix UK.
Please include the reason why you would like to return the product(s) in your email to us.
All returned product(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags, replacement buttons (if any) and packaging included. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for further details.
We will refund you via the same payment method used to place the order within a few days of receiving your returned product(s). Please note that it may take up to 10 calendar days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
If you have received a special gift as part of your purchase, you must return it together with the product(s) you purchased. Failure to do so will result in the value of the gift being deducted from your refund.
What is the exchange process?
To start the exchange process, please send an email to uk.customercare@shopmaksu.com with the subject “Exchange” and include your order number in the subject. This number can be found in your order confirmation email and begins with the prefix UK.
Please specify the size and/or colour you would like to receive.
Exchanges are limited to size or colour changes. If you wish to purchase a different product, you will need to return the unwanted product(s) and place a new order.
All returned product(s) must be in their original condition with tags, replacement buttons (if any) and packaging included. Your exchange product(s) will be issued once your returned product(s) have been received.

Can I return or exchange products in store?
Yes, you can. Please feel free to visit us in store with your product(s) for return or exchange if this is of convenience. Our Flagship Mayfair store in London is located at:

Please note that proof of purchase will be required and that any applicable refund will be processed via the same payment method used for your online order.
What if I have received a special promotion or gift as part of an order?
If you have placed an order during a special promotion and have received a gift, you must return the gift when returning the product(s) purchased. Failure to do so will result in the value of the gift being deducted from your refund. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for further details.
What if I have received a faulty product?
If you have received faulty product, you can return it for a refund by notifying us within 3 days of receiving it. Please send an email to uk.customercare@shopmaksu.com with the subject “Faulty” and include your order number in the subject. This number can be found in your order confirmation email (beginning with the prefix UK). Be sure to include photos of the faults or any concerns. We may also ask for additional information.
If we agree a product is defective, we will issue a full refund for the price of the faulty product, including delivery costs, provided all items in the same order are deemed defective. In the event that we do not agree the product is faulty, we will inform you of the reasons for our decision.
Please note that products damaged due to accidental or improper use will not be considered faulty.
Do you refund delivery charges?
Refunds will only be provided for delivery charges if all products received in the order confirmation email are deemed faulty.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible, usually within 2 working days of MAKSU receiving your product(s). However, please allow up to 28 days from the date we receive your returned product(s) for the refund to be fully processed. Please note that it may take up to 10 calendar days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank and card provider’s
processing times, which is beyond our control.
Do you offer an extended returns and exchange period over the Christmas season?
Yes, we do. Product(s) purchased from uk.shopmaksu.com from 1 December until 25 December 2024 (inclusive) can be returned or exchanged until Wednesday 15 January 2025 (inclusive).
SPECIAL OFFERS
Discounts
No promotion or discount can be combined with any other promotion or discount.
The 10% discount welcome vouchers are exclusive to the customer's first online purchase and are non-transferable. They are not cumulative with other products or discounts in force.
The discounts generated by #MAKSUClub are exclusive for online use, personal and non-transferable. They cannot be combined with other products or discounts in force.
Gifts
Promotions that include a gift with your purchase will have no additional cost.
If you wish to return your purchase that has been delivered with a gift, you must return all of the products. If you do not return the gift, the price of the product will be deducted from the refund.
We gift you our Make Up Bag!
Promotion valid for purchases of £300 or more. Available exclusively on our website uk.shopmaksu.com, and in our London Flagship Store (23 Bruton St). Valid from 19/09/2024 at 1pm, until 06/10/2024 inclusive, or while stocks last. In the event of returning the product or products purchased during the promotion, the Make Up Bag must be returned in the same way, or the value of the product given away will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
