How to create an account?
You can create a new account by clicking on ‘My account’ in the top right corner of each page and completing the registration form. Once registered, you can start enjoying the MAKSU shopping experience.
Can I place an order without registering?
Yes, you can place an order without creating an account by simply entering your personal, delivery and payment details at the end of your purchase.
How do I update my account information?
To update your account information you must log in by clicking on the ‘My account’ tab. From there you can edit your account information.
How can I recover my password if I have forgotten it?
If you have forgotten your password, go to the ‘My account’ tab and under the email field you will find the option ‘I have forgotten my password’, click on it and you will be able to recover it by entering your email address.
In case you do not receive the recovery email, please check the spam or junk mail box in your email account.
If it is not in any of the mailboxes you can try again by repeating the same process or contact us by sending an email to london@shopmaksu.com.
SHIPPING AND ORDER TRACKING
Which delivery companies do we work with?
Items purchased on uk.shopmaksu.com are sent through Royal Mail.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipments to United Kingdom are free on orders over£80. If your order is of a lower value the delivery charge is £5.99.
What is the delivery time?
We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. During sales or holidays periods, it might take up to 3-5 business days due to the high volume of orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email informing you of the status of your order. When your order has been delivered to the shipping company you will receive another email with the tracking number to track it online on the shipping company's website.
What should I do if there are any problems with my order?
Products are considered incorrect if they are different from how they appear on the website or if they are not of satisfactory quality. Please note that products damaged due to accidental or improper use will not be considered incorrect. If the item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund by informing us within 3 days of the date you received it. You can do this by sending an email to london@shopmaksu.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How long do I have to make an exchange or return?
You have 15 calendar days from the date of the arrival of your online purchase to exchange or return your items. If you wish to return your items, or exchange for another size or colour, please send an email tolondon@shopmaksu.com with the subject “return / exchange” and your number order in the subject.
Returns
You have 15 calendar days from the date of the arrival of your online purchase to return your items. Please send an email tolondon@shopmaksu.com with the subject “Return” and your number order in the subject.
All returned items must be in their original condition and tags, replacement buttons (if any) must be included.
In the case of a return, you will receive a full credit via the same payment method within a few days of receipt of the items at our offices. It may take up to 10 calendar days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
If your purchase has received a special gift, you must return it together with the products you purchased, otherwise we will deduct the value of the gift from the credit to be made.
Exchanges
If you wish to change size or colour, please send us an email to london@shopmaksu.com indicating the size or colour you wish to change to.
We will send you the new garments as soon as we have received the ones you wish to exchange, as long as they are still available in stock.
Otherwise, we will proceed to make the corresponding refund.
If you wish to change the model instead of changing the size, you will have to return the product you received first and make a new purchase.
*For orders placed at Christmas the exchange period will be extended.

Return of special promotions
If you have made a purchase during a special promotion and have received a gift, you must also return the gift when returning the products purchased.
Otherwise, we will proceed to make the refund discounting the value of the product purchased as a gift.

Discounts
No promotion or discount can be combined with any other promotion or discount.
The 10% discount welcome vouchers are exclusive to the customer's first online purchase and are non-transferable. They are not cumulative with other products or discounts in force.
The discounts generated by #MAKSUClub are exclusive for online use, personal and non-transferable. They cannot be combined with other products or discounts in force.
Gifts
Promotions that include a gift with your purchase will have no additional cost.
If you wish to return your purchase that has been delivered with a gift, you must return all of the products. If you do not return the gift, the price of the product will be deducted from the refund.

Promotion valid for purchases of £300 or more. Available exclusively on our website uk.shopmaksu.com, and in our London Flagship Store (23 Bruton St). Valid from 19/09/2024 at 1pm, until 06/10/2024 inclusive, or while stocks last. In the event of returning the product or products purchased during the promotion, the Make Up Bag must be returned in the same way, or the value of the product given away will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

PAYMENTS
Is it safe to pay?
No one can see or access your credit card number except you, under SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security. As soon as you enter your credit card number, the information on the number is encrypted and sent to your bank. It is not possible for third parties, including our company, to display or access your information. Your card information is only between you and your bank.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Once we receive and approve your return, the refund will be processed within 14 days at the latest.
Do you refund delivery charges?
Delivery charges are non refundable.
