Delivery

UK standard delivery is within 2 - 4 working days. We use Royal Mail as our UK-wide delivery partner.

Please note, delays may be experienced during sales or holiday periods due to the high volume of orders to be delivered.

Delivery charges

Delivery is FREE for orders valued at £200 or more.

For orders below £200 of value, a delivery fee of £5 applies.

How can I track my order?

Please visit Royal Mail at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item, and enter your Tracking Reference Number. This number can be found on the Dispatch Confirmation email you receive from MAKSU.

Where is my order?

To contact us about a missing order, please email us at uk.customercare@shopmaksu.com quoting your order number. This will enable us to respond to your email promptly. Your order number can be found in your Order Confirmation email and begins with the prefix UK.
